Gas and electricity
are charged at cost according to the meter readings taken at the beginning and end of each rental period.Short breaks of less than 7 nights
or bookings that do not run from Saturday to Saturday are available during the low season only (November to March) and are charged at rate of £75 per night, for a minimum of 3 nights, when the dates you require are available.Weekly rental rates for medium lets
(Nov-Feb for 4-8 weeks) are from £270 per week plus council tax, TV license and utilities at cost.Long winter lets (Nov- Feb for 8 weeks or more)
are from £165 a week plus council tax, TV license and utilities at cost.
