How to Book Badger's Walk and Woodview
Please check availability and make provisional bookings by telephone. The booking will then be held for seven days to allow you time to send us your deposit.
Deposit
When confirming your booking, please forward a deposit of £50 for each week booked to us at the address shown below with the completed and signed booking form.
The balance, plus the security deposit of £100 (see below) will be due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. All prices include VAT.

If you book Badger's Walk or Woodview for a second holiday you will receive a 5% discount and if you book the bungalows for a third holiday you receive a 10% discount! If you recommend a friend and they stay with us for one week or more you will receive 10% discount on your next holiday with us.
Heating, Lighting and Water
Gas central heating, lighting and hot water are charged at cost by meter reading.
Bed linen
Bed linen is provided free of charge
Towels
Towels can be hired for £5 per set per week. A set comprises one bath towel and one hand towel. Please order your towels on the balance form.
Availability
The bungalows are available for rental for a minimum of 7 days (Saturday to Saturday) during the high season ( April - October inclusive). Short breaks of less than 7 days and long lets and weekends are available only during the low season and winter months (November - February inclusive). Please see the short breaks and long lets tariff on the rates page.
Accommodation
Badger's Walk: a maximum of 5 individuals plus a baby using the cot are allowed to stay at Badger's Walk during the let.
Woodview: a maximum of 4 adults plus a baby using the cot are allowed to stay at Woodview.
Note: All members of the party who intend to stay for the duration of the let or for a shorter period during the let must be stated on the booking form at the time when the booking is made.
No Smoking
The Bungalows, driveways and gardens are strictly no smoking areas. In renting the bungalows, guests agree that they and any persons they invite into the bungalows will comply with the no smoking condition at all times.
No Pets
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the bungalows or grounds during your stay.
Refuse Collection
Please ensure that you put your rubbish and any recycling out at the front of the bungalows on the pavement by 07.30am on Friday morning to be collected by the dustmen according to the instructions on the notice boards in the kitchens.
£100 Refundable Security Deposit.
In addition to the weekly rental amount for the bungalow, all guests are required to pay a refundable £100 security deposit for each week booked. If there are any accidental breakages, damage or additional cleaning required the cost of these will be deducted from the £100.00 security deposit. Please notify our key holder of any breakages or damage to the bungalows, contents or gardens. If there are no breakages or additional cleaning and the no smoking condition has been complied with, the security deposit will be returned promptly after your holiday.
Vacating the bungalows at the end of your stay
Guests are requested to vacate the bungalow by 10.00 a.m. on the Saturday they leave to allow the bungalow to be cleaned prior to the arrival of our next guests. Please leave the bungalow as you would wish to find it e.g. clean and tidy.
At the end of your stay, please ensure that all dishes and cutlery are washed up and put away in the appropriate place and any food disposed of. Please also ensure that you empty the pedal bins in the kitchen and bathroom and any other waste bins you have used and place the rubbish in a black sack in the dustbin outside.
Cancellations
If the booking is cancelled we will try to re-let. If we succeed in re-letting the bungalows for the whole period, all monies paid will be refunded. If we are unable to re-let the property then all monies paid will be forfeited. We recommend that clients take out cancellation
Quality Customer Service
Because we value your custom, there are Guests' Comments Book available at the bungalows for you to complete at the end of your holiday. We would appreciate your honest feedback about the bungalows and any improvements we can make in order for your stay to be even more enjoyable in the future.
The vast majority of guests who stay at the bungalows do not experience any problems and have a wonderful holiday. However, if you should experience problems of any kind during your stay, it is essential that you first contact one of our Key holders, before trying to remedy the problem yourself or asking a third party to deal with the problem. Please note that guests are not allowed to alter the properties in any way. If you are unable to make contact with either of the key holders then please phone Peter or Beverly Jenkins and we will see that your problem is dealt with promptly and with the minimum inconvenience to yourselves.
